Season Ticket Holder Entrance
Season Ticket Holders have their very own private entrance, located just next to the windows of the Oshawa Generals Store on the corner of Athol and Mary Street. As a Season Ticket Holder, you are not obliged to use this entrance, however you will avoid long lines at Gate 1!
For your convenience, this entrance will open 15 minutes earlier than any other door, but will be closed once the game has started.
Exchange/Raincheck Policy
a) Exchange
Exchange your ticket that will not be used for an upcoming home game for an additional ticket to any future home game.
b) Raincheck
Raincheck your unused ticket from a previously played home game for an additional ticket to select games the following month. Note that a $3.25 facility fee per ticket will apply on tickets rainchecked in bowl, centre, and medallion seating. A $5.00 facility fee will apply on tickets rainchecked in premium or restaurant seating.

Birthday Requests
Are you or someone special celebrating your birthday with the Oshawa Generals? We've got the perfect way to celebrate! Request a birthday shoutout on our centre-ice videoboard by clicking here. For a request to be guaranteed, it must be submitted 48-hours BEFORE scheduled puck drop. This means if a game is scheduled for a Friday night at 7:05PM, your birthday request needs to be submitted by Wednesday at 7:05PM for it to be guaranteed.
The Oshawa Generals also offer an amazing birthday package that includes tickets to the game, loot bags for every child, cupcakes, and recognition on the videoboard! Tribute Communities Centre Ticket Office
Tickets for Tribute Communities Centre events may be purchased in tree ways:

Tickets purchased online or by phone will be subject to convenience fees, order charges as well as fees for certain methods of delivery
On event days, tickets for that day's event will become unavailable vie online purchasing, one hour prior to the scheduled start of the event. After this time, tickets will only be available for purchase in person at the Tribute Communities Centre Ticket Office.
Online Account Management
Season Ticket Holders (via the buildings ticket platform) can manage season tickets online. This will allow Season Ticket holders to download tickets to mobile device, transfer tickets to others or even exchange tickets for upcoming games that you cannot attend for additional tickets to a future game.

Oshawa Generals Store
The Oshawa Generals Store is your go-to place for all things Oshawa Generals Merchandise. In addition to our listed hours below, the Oshawa Generals Store is open every single home game starting one hour prior to puck drop.

Prospects Bar and Grill
Guests can access Prospects Bar & Grill two hours before most live events to enjoy dinner before the show. Guests who do not have tickets for a table at the restaurant for the event, will be required to watch the event from their event seating and cannot stay in the restaurant for the event. Prospects' entrance is between Gate 1 and Gate 2 on Athol Street. If an elevator is required, please enter through Gate 1 if you are arriving before the event.
Online reservations must be made by 12PM on the day of the event. After this cutoff time, guests must call
905-448-1559 to book a reservation.
If you are looking to book a reservation for a date that you do not see listed, reservations are full, have not been opened for that date or the restaurant will not be open for that event. Please check back regularly for updates.
